DESCRIPTION: Jericho Consulting was engaged by the client for a number of projects leading up to this implementation project. This project was to provide advisory support and day-to-day advice on project and PMO issues. Jericho Consulting participated in all aspects of PMO and Executive Steering Committee operations.

DESCRIPTION: Jericho Consulting was engaged by the client to determine data cleansing requirements and then action the cleanup for implementation of SAP. Data sources were diverse across the City and included using GIS and County Appraisal District. During the Project Blueprint phase, initiated all activities to perform data conversion for implementation of SAP.
Large US City 311, 911 and Water Customer Service Call Centers
DESCRIPTION: Jericho Consulting was engaged by the client to assist in: a) major reorganization of all call centers; b) creation of a new call center for 311 and Water Customer Service; c) creation of a new department and a new Assistant Director positions; d) recruiting and hiring a new Assistant Director; e) creation of a repository of information under a new Content Management paradigm.
Major City and Shared Services Print-Insert-Mail Environment
DESCRIPTION: Client engaged Jericho Consulting to act as the Client’s representative and Project Manager to manage the implementation of hardware, software and all modifications to software to meet the requirements of the new software. As a part of this project, a complete redesign of the billing formats for all City Departments was accomplished.
