DESCRIPTION: Jericho Consulting was engaged to provide independent third party QA services to the project on both an ongoing and periodic review basis. The periodic reviews coincided with major project milestones and involved extensive reviews of various aspects of the project. Jericho was also engaged to provide specific and extensive input on Risk Management and jointly developed a sophisticated model of Risk Evaluation and Mitigation. Detailed QA reports were delivered with each review. Client protocol involved direct delivery to the CIO and VP of Customer Services.
Medium Sized Gas LDC Utility
DESCRIPTION: Early in the process, prior to engaging a Systems Integrator, Jericho Consulting was engaged to provide independent third party QA services to the project on both an ongoing and periodic review basis. The periodic reviews occurred on a monthly basis and involved extensive reviews of various aspects of the project. Detailed QA reports were delivered with each review. Client protocol involved direct delivery to the Executive Steering Committee.
